  I love that store, I went for the first time with my girlfriend to check out other options for our furniture needs and we both really liked it. We walked in just about an hour before the store closed and left 3 hours later with a new bed frame, sectional sofa and bench. Rich was the attendant that helped us out and greeted us as we walked into the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and patient with us about our questions and inexperience in furniture shopping. He never looked like he grew tired and was very kind to us. I would definitely recommend asking for Rich when you go to Ashley's in Burbank. He's for sure the guy to go to. We tried getting help from some other guy there but I ended up frustrated at his lack of attention span and understanding that I literally yelled out "Rich, where's Rich we need to talk to him", and there he was ready and willing to help.
